My mom was admitted with hip ball fracture and was in severe pain. At her age of 77 we all were worried and very tensed. But at EPIC hospital we were relaxed due to the caring guidance of Dr. Udayan Gajjar, MD and surgery by dynamic Dr. Bhavy Shah. Hip ball replacement was successful without any complications. Many thanks to Dr. Bhavy shah. Post surgery was another worry as mom needed support for daily activities. Pysotherapist Dr. Aesha shah and her team came to our rescue. A absolute great physiotherapist team and in three days my mom is able to walk with Walker for few minutes, which we thought would take many weeks. We are very thankful to entire staff of Epic, Attending Doctors, inspection people, house keeping staff, food services, all are appreciated from our heart. They all are trained well and their services are on time. Our special thanks to attending staff like muskan and renuka. They helped my mom's routine with all smiles even if called at night 2 am.. Today my mom is getting discharged and we are thankful to entire Epic team. God bless them. Dr. Anil has made a place for patients to recover and lessen family members tensions in medical emergency. The treatment was fantastic, all the staff were very helpful. They take action immediately on the things that you ask them to do. They have dormitory in the hospital for patient's relatives so that they can stay in hospital and avoid travelling. This facility is also at very nominal rate.

Recently my wife was treated by Dr. Urmi Shah at Epic Hospital and her diagnosis was so accurate that we got timely treatment and through out 2 days of admission utmost care was taken by Dr. Urmi Shah She even checked upon her health on Sunday and did the necessary changes in medication Thanks to Dr. Urmi Shah because of her my wife was treated very well and effectively too. My wife had to undergo Enjography and it was done by Dr. Joyal Shah. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional support provided by your team during my brother Mr. Manoj Kumar Modi’s recent hospitalization (IP No. 1032551). He was admitted to the Emergency Department on 9th February for an emergency angioplasty. As we have a cashless policy with HDFC Ergo, Mr. Dilip Chauhan and his team guided us through the entire process in a very clear and supportive manner. They promptly initiated the primary authorization request with HDFC Ergo. Unfortunately, the initial pre-authorization request was denied. We once again approached Mr. Dilip Chauhan and Dr. Shweta, who immediately took up the matter and submitted a proper and detailed medical justification to HDFC Ergo. Due to their strong follow-up and accurate documentation, the primary approval was finally granted. At the time of final bill submission on 11th February, the TPA department processed the claim around 5:00 PM with all necessary documents. HDFC initially issued the final approval at around 7:30 PM with incorrect deductions on the implant cost and non-approval of high-risk charges. Although Mr. Dilip Chauhan had already left for the day, he still coordinated with the highest authorities at HDFC Ergo. Because of his persistent efforts, the appropriate revised approval was received the next morning, including approval of high-risk charges. Out of a total bill amount of Rs. 2,40,790, we were required to pay only Rs. 1,700. This was possible solely due to the dedication, commitment, and continuous efforts of Mr. Dilip Chauhan and his team. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Shweta, Mr. Gautam, and Mr. Akshay for their outstanding teamwork and full dedication.
