I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional support provided by your team during my brother Mr. Manoj Kumar Modi’s recent hospitalization (IP No. 1032551). He was admitted to the Emergency Department on 9th February for an emergency angioplasty. As we have a cashless policy with HDFC Ergo, Mr. Dilip Chauhan and his team guided us through the entire process in a very clear and supportive manner. They promptly initiated the primary authorization request with HDFC Ergo. Unfortunately, the initial pre-authorization request was denied. We once again approached Mr. Dilip Chauhan and Dr. Shweta, who immediately took up the matter and submitted a proper and detailed medical justification to HDFC Ergo. Due to their strong follow-up and accurate documentation, the primary approval was finally granted. At the time of final bill submission on 11th February, the TPA department processed the claim around 5:00 PM with all necessary documents. HDFC initially issued the final approval at around 7:30 PM with incorrect deductions on the implant cost and non-approval of high-risk charges. Although Mr. Dilip Chauhan had already left for the day, he still coordinated with the highest authorities at HDFC Ergo. Because of his persistent efforts, the appropriate revised approval was received the next morning, including approval of high-risk charges. Out of a total bill amount of Rs. 2,40,790, we were required to pay only Rs. 1,700. This was possible solely due to the dedication, commitment, and continuous efforts of Mr. Dilip Chauhan and his team. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Shweta, Mr. Gautam, and Mr. Akshay for their outstanding teamwork and full dedication. They are truly valuable and exceptional employees of EPIC Hospital. Thank you very much for all the support and assistance provided during this critical time from TPA and Cashless Department. Epic hospital is not only hospital but it is like a temple. I came here as a patient from Pune, Maharashtra, under tention, worrying what will be happened. I remember only and only Dr. Anil Jain, Sirji. When I entered in the O.T. , ICU, Special rooms are very much clean . All the staff members from Doctor to sweeper are generous, first duty concept, etc... Dr. Medam , don't know name and Dr. Sunny Sir ,, both have immediately solved my swelling on urine organ. Today I am leaving very very happily with peaceful mind. In the last, Thanks to Dr. Anil Jain Sirji and all his colleagues.

RECENTLY,I ADMITTED MY WIFE IN SPECIAL ROOM,BUT I FOUND THAT THERE IS NO FACILITY FOR CURTAINS COVERING THE PATIENT’S BED ‘THE PERSON WHO IS ATTENDING THE PATIENT HAS TO GO OUT OF THE ROOM AND STAND IN THE LOBY TO MAINTAIN THE PRIVACY OF THE PATIENT.THER MUST BE THE CURTAIN COVERING THE BED OF THE PATIENT. SECOND POINT IS THAT, THE TPA ASKED FOR COMPLETE INDOOR CASE PAPERS AND YOU. HAVE CHARGED RS.5/ PE R PAPER.THI IS FIRST TIME DEMANDHOW CAN YOUCHARGE?FOR CLAIM PURPOSE YOU SHOULD PROVIDE IT.

Excellent experience. My mother knee replacement surgery happened here 2 days ago under Dr. Ravi Chajed. Doctor is very humble and experienced. Top class staff, doctors, facilities and whole team. From admission to surgery to discharge truly remarkable experience. Mg mother was very relaxed and happy throughout. A BIG thanks to the whole hospital team whose focus is on care and humanity and it stands clearly apart from other hospitals which are becoming commercial hubs.
