I've had a surgery at epic hospital with Dr Marothi and stayed in hospital for almost 6 days. One of the best care I've received in hospital. Hospital staff is very very friendly and very responsive. They understand the needs of patient and do not think a moment to help day and night. It reassures my faith in people and hospital care. There are number of doctors, nurses, helping/ cleaning staff that care!

Writing this review regarding Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) / Bypass surgery.They have highly qualified team of doctors and very well defined operational procedure.Patient is taken care very well post surgery.Proper consultation and description is provided on discharge and exact contact details are also provided for any kind of help needed.Overall staff is helpful and would specifically like to mention that OPD manager Khushali Upadhyay is very supportive .Overall experience has been very good and satisfactory.Would highly recommend EPIC hospital for Bypass surgery.

I am writing this feedback after almost 2.5 months of my father's Bypass Surgery at Epic Hospital. I will be very genuine in my feedback. Starting with Dr. Anil Jain sir who is subject matter expert in Bypass surgery and he proved that for my father's surgery as it was very critical considering age factor and other health problems like blood pressure and diabetes. I want to thank you Dr. Anil Jain sir for his laser focus treatment of bypass surgery.There are few things which I wanted to highlight is regarding support staff which is they are highly greedy for money and keep you reminding that if you give money then only they will serve you better. There is clear guidance from hospital that no one should give money to anyone but staff is only working for extra money including security guards.This needs to be improved.Last but not least I wanted to highlight two people from epic Hospital who are like God and supported us in getting my father recover from infection in the wound area. Dr. KUSH SIR and Sister Jagruti who have worked very hard for almost two months to cure the infection. Without thier support it would have been very hard for us to stay positive. Thank you very much Dr. KUSH SIR AND Jagruti Sister. May God bless you.

My mother had her bypass surgery been done here. She was in a very critical condition when we got here. But all thanks to doctors here. They are so well behaved, so professional and experts at what they do. Dr. Anil Jain who is the specialist in cardiac issues is a gem of a person. He is so humble. Also other staff is just amazing, they are just so helpful and kind. You will feel like home talking to them. All together, a great hospital to get treated.
